dunno if ghost fuwawa should be abusive. She should be coddling and she shoots Mococo's ideas down, but that's just Mococo's psyche materializing her doubts and fears as "Fuwawa will solve it so dont even try"
The idea, in my opinion, is that mococo's motivator is her standing up and going "Fuwawa wouldnt say that" and/or finally asking for help because she doesnt want the memory of her sister to be corrupted into "the smart twin" when she was her equal.
