It was created from a merger of a KR chuuba company thread (V&U) and the former NijiKR general that expanded to include the rest of the KR scene after the incident.
The vtubers you've mentioned: Park Dona and Luxeed are a part of LIT Media and VRecord respectively.
LIT is the company with Shabel Tonya, who you might be familiar with. Dona is a part of their KR branch.
VRecord is one of the better established KR corpos. Luxeed is a part of their 2nd Gen. Even before Luxeed VRecord was regularly talked about, mainly Choki and other assorted members.

Nah, that's Choki a KR vtuber from a more vsinger focused corp VRecord. The reason why I posted her is that she's one of the very few in the KR scene that have their own original 3d models.
Even ISEGYE despite their numbers use publicly available models (like Gosegu uses Mint from booth).
Not gonna lie, I'm a bit jealous of the fact that all of GirlsFC and a good number of liggers have original 3d models, it's an example that I wish the KR vtubing scene would follow.
