The rest) You're outing yourself as the ignorant one because in BC these kinds of cases are handled through WorkSafeBC and/or the Employment Standards Branch, not a normal court. The worker doesn't pay anything besides any optional legal council they choose to get before filing a complaint. I would agree that it wouldn't be worth it for her to file just for wrongful dismissal, HOWEVER, Niji violated other employment laws so there's no reason for her to not add the dismissal to the additional complaints that she's likely to win.
