Remember when Pomu was the least subscribed in Lazulight?
She quit her job, then she strapped her boots up, started working her ass off, started dedicating time and effort into her channel, didn't give up when the numbers weren't changing
then suddenly she surpassed Finana and is doing way better for herself.

Now imagine if Pomu did the opposite of that, you have Rosemi.
I'm not saying Rosemi isn't putting in effort, but she's definitely not putting herself out there by making everything she does appear way more important or exciting.
Staff isn't going to market the individual livers in their branch, that's up to the livers themselves, and clip, collabs, and twitter interaction is all part of the marketing aspect.
You can focus on any of those but if you do only the bare minimum on each of those fronts you'll lag behind
I just hope and this is a BIG hope, I just hope Rosemi comes back feeling more confident, more aggressive, and more energetic when it comes to revitalizing herself and her growth.
She said before she doesn't want to stick out and wants to blend in, but the more people that care about you the more fan content you'll receive and motivate you to keep going.
If you start seeing less superchats, less CCV, less fan art, you think you're doing something wrong, then you get demotivated, and you do less because you think "whats the point im not doing well"
it's a cycle of mediocrity.
Anyways just wanted to let this out, I love Rosemi so much and I want her to get more exposure to motivate herself in a positive cycle of progressive creativity and growth rather than decay and mediocrity.

Moba games are hard to get into if you don't play them. I think it's a bit interesting but they usually require a lot of concentration so it's more quiet then other collabs, almost comfy
