It's not exactly printable file, but pmx file, which can be edited in Blender after installing plugin for it.

However, you can pose character in studio and then export that model to Blender. You can smooth model up and then export it as slicer file for support building and finishing printable file. I don't have manual on this pic though, but will post later. Manual was made by anon from kkg who prints out waifus.
