Mostly that it was made a long time ago so nobody pays much mind to it when it came before she was openly shitty. There'd also be no argument for any royalties going to her for it because you're only getting a PS1 game in 2023 used or emulated and not bought brand new. Also still gets the brand associated with something that the creator hates and a lot of people just don't want to watch the game period but don't have those same reservations about shit that looks like this.
