You're preaching to the choir, but the people who have to keep her from destroying herself are her friends, not us.
As a fan, the ways to show someone that they need to slow down are very limited and far from straightforward. Best I can do is write her fanletters that make her think about where she's heading with all this, but without frustrating her or coming off as misunderstanding. I doubt that packaging "thanks for doing something I wish you'd do less before it is 'too late'" will go over well. Especially not with a bonehead like her.

That's really not how this works. With milestones come new goals, with status comes expectations. It's not like she isn't taking breaks when it gets too rough, but I also think she really can't stop grinding herself down. If something fills out your entire life it becomes hard to imagine yourself without it, just to name one reason.
