Well after the right communication between the Hololive member and her manager, through the channels all the way towards the collab target's manager and from the target's manager to the target of the collab, in a back and forth manner until either side gives up or too much work piles up! Why do you think we didn't give the ENs personal managers to each of them? If they connect the server they would have free communication ON A LIVESTREAM with their JP counterparts ALL THE TIME! You have any idea how much power this will take away from us??? Bernard you HAVE to stop it!
