What I find most retarded is not that they try to put filters to appease the investors, it's that all of these services keep updating the filters over and over when they could just leave the basic shit and call it a day.
If I had to guess I'd say it's because when ChatGPT came out it went really mainstream, and so did the jailbreaks, so now there might be investors calling for anti-JB measures. And devs everywhere, of course, are too retarded to tell them that increasingly restrict filters will lobotomize the AIs and people will always coom anyway.
