At most you'll get as far as a concession is "I'm sorry you feel like the group has changed, but maybe just skip the content you don't enjoy, and focus on the stuff you like!" which is essentially what Ame had also said about the matter.
Worst case scenario is you'll get "maybe you did change, and it's time to move on" which i personally doubt would ever come out of Kiara's mouth, but don't expect some massive break from the girls who collab with guys, especially within her own gen.
