I really like Ghost Belle and Haunted Mansion. The gothic lolita design is obviously a plus, but from a card design standpoint, a card that is essentially the "other half" to everything Ash Blossom is is makes the two feel like a purposeful unit whereas the other yokai girls are moreso a loose collection of vaguely related ideas that were made to fill a quota. Her existence is also paradoxical in a sense; in the 12 years since I've been playing the game players have always said "the graveyard is basically your second hand", and yet what is in essence "Ash Blossom but for the graveyard" has a lot less overall utility. At the same time however, in the formats she's relevant in she's a lot stronger than Ash is broadly, since negating activations instead of effects gives her the extremely rare niche of being able to be used during the damage step, one of the few places in the negate heavy modern Yugioh game where you would normally feel your effects are safe. As both an Earth monster and a somewhat regal looking card, she feels at home in my favorite deck Madolche, where in a pinch, she can serve as a Small World bridge if I'm using it in the deck. And the alternate artwork print is probably one of my favorite arts in the entire game, and it looks especially nice in the ultra rare foiling. And did I mention gothic lolita is really cute?
