I took a little break since my episode two days ago but I just wanted to thank everyone again for the advice and help you offered!

Im actually thinking I should probably see if I can get a time with someone to see about my anxieties. I haven’t been on meds before but I talked a lot with a friend and she suggested either weed or meds, and I’m a big baby.

The worst that can happen is that they tell me I don’t need any medication, so why not right?
