Content claiming of any kind is killing all kinds of creativity, or just bots seeing a picture on the net and selling it to you on some shitty shirt.
Even people uploading their entirely original music done by them, get their shit claimed by someone, its a horrible system rife for scams and is the primary reason all these companies are so anal about perms.
I mean fuck, Even Marty O Donell has had his videos claimed for music he composed, its insane.
