No, even in Nijisanji it's seen as wrong to actually date your co-workers in real life.
Some of them probably dated behind the scenes and some of them do fake relationships in character but the vast majority of Nijisanji livers wouldn't date a co-worker. Even Crossick only got away with it because they're both women and yurifags are a perfect venn diagram with unicorns.

That's despite the fact it's seen as culturally normal and even expected to date co-workers in Japan because their society is very conservative. In the west dating a co-worker is super unethical, especially when there's a power imbalance like the senpai/kohai relationship between Elira and Shu.

If they were just members of different branches or part of different companies like Vox/Shoto or Mysta/Mika it'd be one thing but it'd really damage the internal company dynamics if two people who share the same management and company discord server and are in all the same meetings together were dating eachother. What happens if there's a bad breakup and now they have to awkwardly avoid eachother or start spreading rumors about eachother to the other livers? It's just completely not worth it, they'd be better off dating as indies and they still never dated even back then.
