According to Vitruvius and Leonardo da Vinci, the length of the hand is ideally the length of the face, or 1/10 of the person’s height. To me, it looks like the hands would only reach from chin to eyebrows, or 2/3 of the face, which may or may not be too small, but the anime art style might mean the head is already disproportionately large, so that’s not too bad.
