The audience who care about Shorts is extremely detached from the stream watchers.

It's literally the opposite : very short tiktok-like content for dopamine addicted zoomers, not people who wanna sit through hours of streams.

The by far highest subscribed Cyberlive back then was Enma who had huge numbers on her coomer bait shorts. Got 60K subs in 2 months. But it didn't translate into viewership or donations at all.
Shorts are literally useless to grow your CCV.
