They've been through this since 2019 and despite how annoying it is, another onslaught of hate comments on social media whenever something like this happens isn't anything new. I think they'll be okay.

I just want them to realize the majority of hololive fans are utterly indifferent towards them as well as how temporary number boosts and pity subs are meaningless. It's been proven over and over again how the boys thrive when they hang out with outsiders and participate in events that don't focus on HoloPro. Said outsiders' fans are more receptive to them and willing to actually become regular viewers. You'd think management knows how numbers work at this point but no, they are retarded as ever.

It definitely stings, but I personally don't care anymore. The girls have fans that behave on an entirely different schizo level and I want those shitters as away from Holostars as possible. The walled garden is poison and it's too late for those who aren't the usual suspects to rein in their fanbase without stirring shit. I don't care if they want to cater to their own unicorns; it's what they chose to do and they brought whatever is coming to themselves. OW is ass indeed. And from a gachikoi perspective, this tourney seriously means nothing (at least to me.) Would've been nice if it didn't happen at all but I'm rather lenient thanks to my laid-back oshi and I have no reason to think he's going to become a girl's accessory after this if we go by his previous behavior. This. As a homofan I'm happy if we get more collaborations, but I will never understand the desperation and insistence to make them happen. The girls have different reasons to not collab and not wanting to does not make them evil. They decided what audience they wanted to have since the beginning, and even if I don't agree with the GFE dynamic, I can respect their decision. The people using the boys for their idol culture moral crusade can be as annoying as the schizo unicorns.
