There just isn't as big an incentive to target languages that are that "small." It's so much easier to just continue to target English speakers, regardless of whether or not it's the primary language in that country. Finding bilingual members, like Kiara, is the far smarter decision, the hard part about that is actually getting them to cater to their home country because that limits their reach massively.
