While there's technically nothing wrong with the 4chan External Sounds script- it's very basic and hasn't been updated in years. The Player script can do everything the og can (inline soundplaying) and a lot more. Like the basic ability to adjust volume. And you can tweak it as much as you want, so if you just want inline extension of click image, get soundpost, and nothing else, you can disable the player or w/e.
Or shove all the sounds into the side like this. It's under the Theme options tab.

It also has a slick theme option to put them to the side. It's nice.

now resize your browser how you like

I'm sure there's a more permanent fix messing with the theme settings, but I usually have my player set to the Fixed Player anyways.
