If they didn't have a healthy lifestyle before vtubing, then they certainly won't have a better one afterwards.
Kaela's been going strong for almost two years now and has not been sick once, and while it's easy to argue that's because of her genetic mutation, the largest factor is she has a very healthy lifestyle. She eats well, exercises regularly, and routinely does heath checkups. Most of these girls don't even do one of those things.
