Most of the big collabs are open invite, the one hosting @s are everyone on the Discord and whoever wants to join does so.

That said, these collabs are usually (I honestly can't said this with full confidence, so correct me if wrong) planned at least a week in advance, so when the call happened she was either on her very intentionally off-line vacation or preparing for it.
