That morning, Gabe woke up to an anxious cold sweat. All that laid on his unkempt mattress were dirty sheets and unwashed beer stains.

Gabe searched sporadically, hoping to find something, just something. A teddy bear, maybe. A sock. Anything. Losing hope, he reached over to his nightstand, grabbing the last cigarette from his worn box. With one deep inhale, Gabe curls over on his bed, with tears beginning to run from his eyes.

I had a nightmare that Ame was breaking into my house. It was the dead of night and while most of it was fuzzy I recall Ame just had a void? might be the word to describe it for a face. It was knocking over and over again but it was so terrible. Just the constant buildup and then you don't hear it anymore. You just hear the creaking and the click clack of hard bottom shoes against the floor which is what especially scared me in that nightmare. I ran. But being a dream I could barely run or climb over the fence. I only knew it was ame just from the clothes and outline. Her voice wasn't even right I hate it here.
Anyway, I'm going to go back to sleep again. To those sleeping now. Please have a good dream. I wish you a good day. Rest easy and hopefully you don't get night terrors like mine. Oyasumi.
