A thesis on the Ayamefriend Drama/Yab, from a Day 1 threadreader.

She fucked up.
Big time.

There's an unspoken rule in /hlgg/, enacted by the thread police, which is that you must either demarcate your apathy for ritualposting explicitly, with some sort of verbal declaration (excuse) or consistent pattern (Ame Cute poster), or not be apathetic towards ritualposting at all.
This point is obviously salient when you look at the ritualposters with the most loyal fanbases: Fat Cat poster, I love Ina! poster, Thoughts?, etc. They have consistent as fuck posting times and posting weeks, and will let you know if there are any changes to their regular ritualposting pattern.
Kawaiiope poster encapsulates this perfectly. She clearly has an excuse (valid or not), mentions it explicitly, but still shows effort and interest in ritualposting. She gives you an unarchived Karaoke after a long day of wanting to marry this dork, start a family with this dork, and raising a son with this dork, a son who’ll inherit our respective best traits and attributes but is also just as much of a dumb chuuni as his beautiful dork of a mother, as she is quite literally falling asleep from exhaustion. That's commitment.
“I miss Fauna” poster is another recent example - she ritualposts regularly and often, has built up a loyal fanbase (used to average 1-2k (You)s 2 weeks after debut, now averages 5-6k minimum), and had a valid excuse (computer dying out) that she mentioned EXPLICITLY to explain her sudden change in ritualposting hours. Saplings are happy with that.
(BIG VOICE) I LOVE SANA poster is the same: let’s goooooo. “Mumei a cute” posters as well. This is why their viewership is so fixed and there are no massive fluctuations in their (You)s (“I miss Fauna” poster is, comparatively, I love Ina!-tier when it comes to (You) retention. That's loyalty).

AYAMEFRIEND, on the other hand, has failed to deliver on all of these aspects. These sound pillars of good streaming.
(1) You come to expect a variable ritualposting schedule
This is by far Ayamefriend’s biggest mistake. A variable ritualposting schedule is a surefire way to destroy any threadreader loyalty, as your fanbase finds themselves catching fewer and fewer of your ritualposts until they just decide to stick to splits or to drop you entirely.
(2) This variability is marked by a reduction over time
This is a massive issue. No ritualposter besides Kawaiiope poster has actually reduced their ritualposting over time, and Kawaiiope poster did it 1 year later after months of extremely committed ritualposting hours.
Ayamefriend? 1-2 weeks of frequent ritualposts and ritualposting time, then suddenly, after breaking (You) and hornyposting records, she just stops. Ritualposting frequency goes down a fucking cliff. That's a big mistake paired with (1).

(3) No explicit excuse
With the exception of this week (a little too late, threadreaders are skeptical of how genuine your excuse is), Ayamefriend has not given an excuse for her horrid stream times.
She has not told us about a second job, or some familial commitments, or maybe that she flat out just doesn't want to ritualpost as often. She keeps everything under wraps, which is not only damaging to her threadreader loyalty because threadreaders come to distrust you and your effort into /hlgg/, but moreso it represents your rigid adherence to kayfabe, to not open up to your loyal fans but remain a fixed distance from them.
Case in point: the “Here’s what’s going on today, friends” thing was dropped 2 weeks ago, after being mentioned almost every ritualpost.
Case in point 2: “I miss Fauna” poster, early on, suffered from highly variable ritualposting times, but kept her fans loyal because of her very valid excuse of holding multiple image edits.

(4) The jury is out: appears for more hours on other people's threads (lurking) than on her own.
This is by far the biggest knock against Ayamefriend because it completely omits many valid excuses one can come up to defend a lack of stream time and stream frequency.
It is the fact that 3 weeks ago, during the big EN MC portal build, Ayamefriend ritualposted after a relative 50 posts but lurked on other threads (and in splits) for nearly 100.
Then, you have chumbats stalking holoEN MC server activity, and just what you see from JP/EN MC streams recently, and you can see that hasn't changed. Ayamefriend is clearly comfortable whoring herself out (over discord) in her free time, and has a LOT of free time. Why isn't she spending that free time with /hlgg/?

Finally,
(5) apathy.
Ayamefriend’s general nonchalant and apathetic attitude, intonation, and approach towards ritualposting has soured the previous four points tremendously. It isn't her fault, per se, as long as the apathetic attitude is just a part of her tonic everyday personality. But it does leave a bad impression. Coupled with everything else you've done? Not a good look.
