Meno Ibuki (伊吹 めの Ibuki Meno) is the leader of many Otagons that live at and guard Meno's dungeon. She is also considered to be the leader of all Earth's Otagons; it's said that there is not a single Otagon unknown to her, and that all of them will only ever listen to her. Despite her childish appearance, she is very old (at least 9,000 years old). If she really was the White Dragon of Ibuki, then this would make her one of the oldest characters in the Prism Project.

I genuinely can't think of anything to have her say. If there's any situational voice you guys want, I'd be happy to write up a script, pay for the custom voice, and mix it with environmental sounds.
