I imagine... static avatar, suboptimal audio/streaming setup, clearly doing something like this for the first time. I'm not asking "who had the hardest start of all indie vtubers" but...
I'm contrasting it against people who... were clearly professional entertainers before they started being a vtuber, are beginning with a lot of resources, are members of a network of other vtubers who are propping them up as they are starting.
I want to see someone struggle because I am going to similarly struggle. If you see a fish swim, you might say "it's a fish ofc it can swim. I am a fish too" and jump right in. I am no fish but I will swim.
