I'm not sure why the rrat is that it's anyone related to Tsunderia. The reason they still talk about Kana directly is because Kana still exists while Ria is fucking dead. If anything, this makes Tsunderia look like a great place to apply. >>7691330 is right that Tsunderia, as it is now, doesn't have the clout to have a one-year non-compete clause in their contracts. BUT, if they can market themselves as the number one agency to get noticed by Nijisanji and Hololive, then they look a lot more appealing for potential applicants. And hell, now they have an insider at Nijisanji! Do you know how many companies would kill for that? Every single one of them.
The ones that truly lost out were the fans of Ria's model, and who could blame them? Just look at it, wasted on 3 months of inconsistency. All the other circumstances around her departure (the indisputable fact that she applied less than a week before her Tsunderia debut, and her streaming more as Miki than Ria) are just extra justification
