I'd argue that, on a technical level, Risu is probably the best singer in Hololive overall. She's overlooked probably because she has a medium pitch and medium timbre, but she's flexible and could pair and harmonize with LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE.
She can be the glue holding any two other singers together, across pitches, across genres.
If you name ANY two other Holos, Risu could stand between them and turn them into a cohesive unit.
Do you know how difficult it is to find a singer like that? That is worth it's weight in gold. I would be flying her into JP first class.
