Here is a translation of what Kson was saying during the stream. It was a rant and somewhat rambling and all over the place.
She wasn’t saying an agency is slavery and even said there is a difference between following guidelines and slavery, she just doesn’t like the idea of strong restrictiveness becoming the expected norm across all vtubing from fans, especially those overseas.
Points that I think she was trying to make

I guess a comparison might be Towa’s situation. She had her infamous yab (not the lying part, the voices part) and it caused her numbers and growth yo plummet on the Japanese side. Overseas fans saviorfagged and helped prop her up as she was forced to shift her content and rebuild her channel. These days you’re more likely to see people overseas saying it served her right and laughing about it. Holos used to collab with males pretty regularly in their early days but that fell to the wayside with additional focus on idol and unicornpandering. For those that accept the risks and want to chase that for dollars that is their choice, but the important thing is that it is their choice. Those that go a different route aren’t automatically worse, just different.

Its partially due to this messy rant she had yesterday. From saying weebs are now unicorns and how that is now a growing trend among western fans, how she dislikes how Vshojo is viewed by some, and how she wishes to end a "slavery" mindset.
It just felt not that well planned out and a bit impulsive, which still has me wonder what exactly caused it.
