Okay Runatics so basically there was this old model of the solar system where everyone believed the planets and sun revolved around the Earth. Only the planets Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn were known at the time. It took thousands of years and lots of technological advance to discover Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. The 5 original planets were also refered to as the Elder Planets. Now take a look at One Piece. We have the 5 elders; Jaygarcias Saturn, Marcus Mars, Topman Warcury, Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, and Shepard Ju Peter. And at their command, Imu. Now these people allegedly came to power during the void century when they over took the Lunarians. You see, the Lunarians were so advanced technologically and biologically they were considered gods at the time of their fall. They loved in the land that is now known as Mary Geoise, also called the land of the gods. After taking power, the new inhabitants refered to themselves as goods or "celestial dragons" and referred anyone who would stand against them as demons. So now who is Imu, the king of kings and center of the planets? Well Imu spelled backwards is Umi, the Japanese god of nature, or more specifically, the sea. Then there are the ancient weapons, Poseidon, Pluton, and Uranus. These are the 3 planets discovered well after the rest. We also have Luffy who has now taken his place as the Sun God. Now the Sun God, also known as Joy Boy, made an unknown promise to the fishman during the Void century. Now what's the fishman connection to the Sun God you may ask? Well the current Poseidon is a princess of the fishman people and it can be assumed the Poseidon of the void century was also a fishman. It is later revealed that the ancient weapon, Pluton, is from Alabasta and now resides in Wano. So we have 9 planets (Pluto was declared not a planet after one piece began), the sun, and the moon is likely tied to the Lunarians. But who is the god of the Lunarians you might be wondering? Well, that just might be Blackbeard. So there's a lot to discuss here Runatics but my question for you is, what is the One Piece and why did it make Roger and his crew laugh then decide to leave it?
