The most boring answer is probably correct. Nyan, Vei, and Silver felt obligated to collab with others in Vshojo, participate in Vshojo events, tone themselves down to not negatively effect the brand image and others in Vshojo, and they were probably required to attend meetings every now and then. Mythic gives them similar or greater benefits to what they had in Vshojo with not many of the downsides. Without the strong group identity and the implicit social pressure to collab with each other and protect the brand that comes with belonging to a corpo like Vshojo, their relationships felt more real and organic. This led to them actually enjoying collabs with each other again since they felt like they could finally be themselves again.
