How is selecting the exact thing you want in the game, with an upfront price, paying for it and receiving the exact item you selected "gacha"?
Actually, one of the biggest criticisms that SHOULD be levied towards Hololive is

Buying in game items is not gacha and you are showing an immense amount of "class envy" for envying people that can spend money on in game customization
