Evil Bones are from FGO. The actual farming node is very easy but the reason it is so horrible is that TONS of servants require Evil Bones and usually dozens of them. So you end up having to farm hundreds of them and you will always need more. And the drop rate isn't all that great, let's say you decide to sit down and empty 140 AP farming evil bones. So you have to run the quest ten times and you will maybe get an average of ten bones from doing so, because sometimes it drops 1 or 2 and sometimes it drops none. So you can imagine how long that would take when you need hundreds of bones.
