NTA but that snake girl from Phase (or was it Prism?) Sara almost stealing gold from Mio with a fucking 43k peak stream with a relatively stable CCV, and then getting her VODs absolutely NUKED by Youtube, and the same shit that happened earlier to a 2view named Koron (which got her into the tally) is one of the main reasons that the "bot" theory still persists to this day.

That + the botting activities around VTubers in particular that started after LUXIEM came into the scene (and got the Chinese audience, known for viewfarming stuff they like), completely killed any credence that Nijisanji numbers were real for a lot of people.
Because the 2 times that HOLOs were botted BOTH had someone in hlgg taking credit for it, which could easily have been a falseflag to throw off the scent.

These incidents planted the seed /here/ that
