There's 1 random leader card in a case of 16 boxes. There's 6 different leaders to pull from, so you're not guaranteed the one you want. One case costs about a grand. Compared to opening case after case hunting for one card, it's cheaper just to shell out for that.

Luckily there's a non-foil one that can come with a box that'll be way way cheaper
