People did not watch Selen or Pomu because their models were so nice, but because they themselves were so nice to the viewers, they were entertaining and ambitious. I know, this is why Niji EN internally hated them and *this* in turn is why Niji EN will always be shit.

Be a fucking good entertainer and I'll watch, I play HI3rd and HSR myself and I still see no reason to watch her, there are so many other content creators I prefer to watch when it comes to those games.
I enjoy Sayu's HSR streams for example.
