That might be part of it, but personally I think it's because her 3rd anniversary is coming up and she's planning on doing something related to singing, so she's likely using utawakus as practice. I don't expect MiComet to be developed to much more than what we've seen in streams though, especially during this summer when they'll both be busy. It remains to be seen.

Making an assumption here, but, again, with the 3rd anniversary approaching, she might have started thinking/looking back to all the stuff she has done throughout the years and kind of recalling stuff that she has enjoyed (piano, singing) as well as the people that helped make her-and Hololive as a whole-as famous as she is today (the first surge of kaigainikis). Can't really read he remind though so I'm only guessing.
