Direct talent confirmation that you CAN reject being in Holofes if you really don't want to be.
I assume due to being a "girl group" the social pressure of "everyone's doing it" and the way you would stand out like a sore thumb if you didn't participate in the biggest Holo event of the year, is probably why none of them reject it.
