Well anon, it's simple. To get the true ending you abandon Mizuki after both her parents are murdered, even though she cares about you so much that she'd pick you over her real parents given the circumstances, leaving her to seek out her primary school teacher as a parental figure. You then replace her with a new old adopted daughter and never truly seem to make up with Mizuzki, who only speaks with you once during the epilogue, through the new daughter as an intermediary.
