Oh I'm that anon, and happy to help. Here's one of my run with her previously, probably would've get better time if I swapped Horns with Breastplate, Pillow, or Band-aid. Not sure on the interaction between Band-aid and Full Heal though, or whether the heal from Band-aid persists even after you healed to full since I never picked it up.

Congrats on finally beating it. Here's a tip for Nodoka, for the first version danmaku run away from her until you can barely see her arms and the danmaku will be easy enough to avoid around that spot. Second version danmaku is a joke so you probably can figure it out yourself.
