basically wallpaper engine makes you have videos or animations as a background, and nobody fucking uses it right and 50% of the backgrounds are either low quality jpg shit, or morrigan feet pics and communisim. took me a while to find a good nene one and it's still not in HD, artifacting up the fucking ass. my oshi deserves HD.
