I had no problem with the tattoo so you might've not had a problem with what I said, but I'm going to clarify.
I said "skeevy" because that isn't the outfit of someone going to steal something from the good guys, for one simple reason: the knife is completely in plain sight. That is the outfit of someone who is infiltrating the meanest international ANIME crime boss gathering, where such a display only raises interest and lowers their guards. A good/neutral bond girl, fitting for a detective.
Although Ame is a scene kid, the outfit is not really fitting her as a regular party dress. The whole point of it is the femme fatale aesthetic, which some retards are misattributing as a simple "whore". That was what I was after in my previous post.
