the important part is

the choice of unit for her is... unfortunate
good news, it's an SSR and not an ASSR so she is easy to get
bad news, she is competing with a pretty nice and cheap coomer skin (pic rel) so not every Serapel will use the IRyS skin to spread IRyS world domination
even worse news, her unit is a victim of power creep
it's a tank who deals more damage for taking damage, has a skill to take damage for allies and an ultimate that makes her invulnerable for 2 seconds before she stuns a huge area; honestly it is probably my favorite tank set in theory
in praxis she doesn't have the defensive stats to take all that damage (the base unit is a masochist and thus has no evasion because pain good) and pales in comparison to Gura's unit who is also a tank but just constantly heals herself for a stupid amount
that said, I am actually still using IRyS' base unit in story PvE and she is giving be good results despite what tiering sides claim about her; but for PvP and endgame non-story PvE she sadly dies too quickly nowadays
there is a chance that the unit might get buffed - Gura's unit was absolute trash during the first Myth collab, honestly outright unusable, but then got probably the strongest rearm in the game (they don't do rearms that often anymore but maybe the unit can get a reactor that deals with her durability issues).

in conclusion:
IRyS' skin will be on a unit that will be easy to get
you will be able to decorate your entire login-screen with things like the IRyS unit, her log-in animation and smaller IRyS stickers, you can also turn your player icon into IRyS with an IRyS frame
her unit is usuable for story content; should you have any interest in continuing playing this game beyond getting IRyS' stuff you can use IRyS to beat most of the main story and side story unless a stage gimmick works against her (source: I did that with that unit)
IRyS' unit competes with Gura's unit and does not work well with Ina's unit but works well with Kiara's unit, Ame's unit and Mori's unit
