In no particular order:
Adding exceptions to my firewall, replacing my Ethernet cord, connecting pure via WiFi, disabling my firewall entirely, port forwarding, setting up a static IP address, changing back to a dynamic IP address, changing my resolution I'm streaming at, changing my bitrate I'm streaming at, connecting to a different Twitch server before I go live, connecting to a VPN before I stream, reinstalled OBS, reinstalled my drivers, reinstalled Windows, unplugged hardware that might cause the issue, connected via an Ethernet switch rather than through my router.

I'm running out of ideas on what to try. I'm going insane.
