In /hag/ it's a common headcanon that Botan used to have black hair that's since gone grey due to age. You think the same thing might be true for Saruei? She originally had blonde hair like she keeps claiming but it went grey prematurely due to the stress of being a bounty hunter. That would be a hot fun bit of lore I think.
