In fact japanese online commenting culture comes from the NND comments-over-video thing so they *aim* to be as spammy as possible during the parts that they like because thats how you show support. You're way off the mark on this one. EN comments may have more "gura i love you" shit comments from 6 year olds but JPs are just as spammy.
