I do not leave anyone "on read"; if I have not responded, I have not seen it. But I have mentioned my issues with it before: >>13266079. I sleep around 14-16 hours a day minimum right now which usually mess up and have an extra Twitter tab open and lose the notification so I think the other person has not replied yet. I am just not in good health right now and it makes keeping track of things more difficult.
