They had Mogra last year but I think it was one night only on the eve of the festival starting and at the Mogra club instead of in the venue because they didn't have room for it in the venue. This year it is two nights and has more DJs as well as Nijisanji members DJing and MCing. So I guess it was popular last year so they decided to make it even more part of the event by brining it to the venue and including the Denonbu girls like Sister Claire, Hoshikawa and Sukoya doing DJing.
