It's nuts. Any intelligent person would just own it, apologize, and move on, but she keeps talking and talking and shoots herself in the foot. She's panicking and defaulting to a full denial (very bad habit), so every good thing she tries to do involves some cheap excuse or manipulation. Everyone is annoyed by this, even if they don't care about the porn. Shifting blame onto management was briefly a good idea but she took it way too far and nobody in management backed her up.

Shiina, please just provide a straightforward explanation even if it hurts your pride. People aren't nitpicking you to hurt your feelings, but because you're disrespecting and annoying them. At this point, someone needs to step in and hold her hand through this because even shutting up won't be well-received anymore.
