Yes but it's not just adblockers and sponsorblock but script blockers like ubo in advanced mode, noscript, piholes, even quad9 DNS servers got flagged with the malware blocklists every so often by big corps, basically anything that isn't a vanilla chome browser can and does it get culled by youtube algorithm to fight "bot views" this isn't even mentioning watching streams with third party tools like yt-dlp
