It's not the inputs that's actually hard to do but the link timing is really strict compared to something like Tekken.

Tekken queues up your commands so a lot of casual players can just mash if they want. It's only specific combos that are hard to do, like Electric Wind God Fist.
Street Fighter on the other hand requires you to input the move in between those frames, or the move gets dropped or you don't connect them.
